The Flatbed Cutter is our main tool for precise cutting, scoring, and creasing. It provides high-quality prototyping for packaging materials and small production runs for sticker packs.

Informational Video

Sticker Cuts

  • Max sticker size for bulk: 2×2 inches.
  • Use 6″ x 24″ template for first test print.
  • Submit both test print and original intended file size.

Regular Print Cuts

  • Embed images or create an Illustrator package; if not, send an EPS file.
  • Ensure correct layers: cut, score, etc.
  • You are responsible for submitting a properly set-up file.

Button Making

  • Sizes are limited to 1″, 1.25″ and 2.25″ inches.
  • Make sure you have a sizeable bleed to avoid your image cutting off.
  • You are responsible for making the physical buttons.
